I’m glad you reached out asking about my experience. I have tried to contact your company multiple times due to my package arriving damaged and I have yet to receive a response. Customer service is extremely poor and seems to be non existent.

We are so disappointed - the wheels in the back have broken off. The container is still like new condition. We would like to get replacement wheels. My husband emailed the company. They have never replied. I have search the internet for replacement wheels. We have shopped Lowe's & Home Depot - can't find these wheels.

These are so great for storing dog food keeps them fresh and comes with a scoop which I love. It also has wheels so it can roll around with is super convenient. This is actually my 2nd one and I love it. I would hands down buy again!!
